About Hillbrush Custom Manufacturing
Hillbrush is the largest manufacturer of hygienic cleaning products. We have been manufacturing our own hygiene range since 2011 and our injection molding capabilities and expertise has grown with significant investment. Our plastic injection molding machines use the latest technology and processes to deliver high speed, high quality and high volume products. We create more than 2 million products a year and serve a variety of industry sectors as well as our own hygienic range of brushes.
We control all aspects of the product creation process, from sourcing FDA and EU Food Contact Approved plastics if required, to packaging and dispatch.
Our state of the art molding machines include an automated material feed system, an integrated cooling system and an overhead crane for quick mold changing. We have recently invested in two 1,000 tonne machines to keep up with high demand for larger product lines. See our full list of capabilities.
