Digital Marketing Executive

Role Purpose

Responsible for overseeing and implementing all digital automated marketing campaigns for the organisation as well as supporting the Sales and Marketing team with marketing support and ad-hoc design services. This includes all three of the Company’s divisions namely; Hillbrush UK, Hillbrush USA and Visit Hillbrush.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria
  • Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate
  • Delivering a steady stream of qualified leads for the organisation
  • Implementing lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
  • Assisting in the implementation of a marketing automation platform for the business
  • Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results
  • Develop website content, landing pages and maintenance of e-commerce platform
  • Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns to increase effectiveness
  • Reporting on all campaigns and making changes where necessary
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals
  • Supporting, when required, to produce material to brand guidelines, including leaflets, banners and adverts etc
  • Helping to deliver marketing campaigns across e-mail and social media
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers and project stakeholders
  • Assisting, when required, with event management in the UK, Europe and US
  • Contributing to social media engagement
  • Supporting with brand awareness
  • Working closely with colleagues involved in cross-departmental projects
  • Assisting with answering the phone and some general administration for the department

Skills and Attributes (E = Essential / D = Desirable)

  • Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot (E)
  • CRM / ERP experience (E)
  • HTML / CSS / Javascript (E)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (E)
  • Strong verbal communication skills (E)
  • Analytical with the ability to assess empirical evidence to influence decision making (E)
  • Ability to work flexibly in a team or independently, as required (E)

Production Operative

Young worker working in workshopWe are looking for a new member of the team to join us as a production operative, primarily in the Brushmaking Department to produce (and where appropriate, package) brushes to the agreed specification sheet and at a satisfactory quality. It is also essential that they maintain a "Good Manufacturing Practice" throughout the department at all times.

Role Purpose

To produce (and where appropriate, package) brushes to the agreed specification sheet and at a satisfactory quality. To maintain a “Good Manufacturing Practice” throughout the department at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To ensure the machines are running to agreed standards of speed/cleanliness/quality. Highlight to Supervision/Engineering/Quality Management (as appropriate) if this is not possible
  • Comply with all WinMan requirements; accurately recording start/stop times and quantities in a timely manner. See GMP document
  • To be present and ready to begin manufacturing at the start of each shift
  • Comply with paperwork requirements for the area; this includes (but is not limited to: Production paperwork, Training Records, In-Process Checks.
  • To provide suitable notice to the runner when requiring new or additional components (15minutes minimum) in order to avoid “waiting” time
  • To be aware of and comply with the safety requirements of the dept. This includes (but is not limited to) the wearing of correct PPE, adherence to the Fire Procedure, knowledge of the E-Stops/Guarding on the machines, understanding of the depts “COSHH” See GMP document
  • To contribute fully to any improvements/changes/projects that are being considered/implemented

Warehouse Operative (FTC – 12 months)

Hillbrush are recruiting for a keen and experienced member of staff to assist in the warehouse with picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse in line with Health & Safety regulations. This role is for a fixed term contract of up to 12 months.

Reports to: Warehouse & Logistics Manager
Working Hours: 39 Hours Mon-Fri

Role Purpose

To assist in the warehouse with picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles and maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Picking & Packing of customer orders
  • Ensuring all orders are 100% complete and correct items are picked in the correct quantities, with no picking errors
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles, in and out bound
  • Packing all products to a high standard to ensure that no damage is caused in transit
  • Using the Kiosk to record data, along with time sheets to monitor daily KPI information
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse in line with H&S rules and regulations
  • Understanding of customer delivery compliance and picking orders under special instruction

Photography Intern (FTC – 3-6 months)

Photography-Studio Hillbrush are looking for a talented photographer who will be responsible for taking new product photos, action images, food and retail photography and some videos for the website and advertising purposes. The ideal candidate may have just finished school, college or university and might be looking for a part time role.
